The evening will begin outside and then we will move inside for dinner.

9:30 | Bike Ride

Please meet your biking guide in front of your hotel by 9:30 am.

This bike ride will be a moderate, 45-minute scenic ride to lunch on e-bikes. We'll leave plenty of time to stop along the way for exploring and taking photos.

Dress code: Casual, but please no activewear.

11:00 | Aperitivo & Lunch

Please gather on the terrace in front of Schloss Freudenstein at 4:30 pm.

Dress code: Formal (long dresses, suits and ties, no tuxes)
The ceremony and cocktail hour will take place outside, dinner and dancing will be inside.

11:00 | The After Party

Transportation back to your hotel will be available until 2:00 am.

10:30 | Bike Ride or Walk at Kränzelhof Winery

If you are biking, please meet your guide in front of your hotel in order to depart by 10:30 am.

If you are walking, please meet at The Kränzelhof Estate at 10:30 am.
Please note that it’s about a 40 minute drive from Schloss Freudenstein. 

Dress code: Casual, but please no activewear.

The restaurant is situated in a historic winery dating back to 1350, surrounded by modern art installations in the adjoining gardens. We encourage you to spend some time exploring the property before or after lunch.

If you are biking to lunch and do not wish to bike back, transportation to Schloss Freudenstein will begin at 3:30 pm.
